After an interesting process and a lot of hours put in, the repport on Compact living/ area efficiency is out.

The project, financed by Husbanken (Norwegian Housing Bank) has been written as a partnership between Hille Melbye Arkitekter and University College Oslo(HIOA), with involvemnet from OBOS, Stor Oslo Eiendom and Betonmast.

My role was both in starting and innitiating the project together with Trine Helle, and as a process coordinator and cross-disciplinary coordinator with HiOA.

The project showed the openess from the developer side on area efficiency and Compact Living, with an interest from the byers also. (The first appartments sold in the big projects are the small ones). I´m looking forward to implement it and to REFRAME our projects with the know built during the work on this repport.
