I have been subcontractor for Pilot architects, with the role of BIM manager, for Bærum Municipality main office building.
The project was a refurbishing, with BREEAM Outstanding certification.
The 30000 sqm office builidng required
major upgrade, with focus on energy efficiency and architectural qualities.
My role was to coordiante the developemnt of the BIM model, cros
disciplinary models (architects,engineers, client and project management).
