Melland house was a Husbanken financed research project focusing on 2 methods of building a passive house: prefabricated and on-site. My part of analysis and detailing was about the prefabrication and its advantages both as quality, resource efficiency and costs. The result has been published by Husbanken in a report in 2012 and can downloaded here
